Taste profiles across the range
Jeera and pudina feature in buttermilk and raita seasonings. Herb-and-garlic profiles are listed for butter. Cheese-spread seasonings include jalapeno, smoky tandoori, chipotle and garlic herbs.
These examples sit alongside seasonings for chips, namkeen, nuts and other snacks, and tastemakers for noodles, pasta and soup.
Paneer: two points of use
Paneer seasonings include profiles for incorporation during coagulation and profiles for sprinkling. Jeera-black-pepper and pudina-green-chilli appear in the first group; black pepper, hing jeera, peri peri and tandoori in the second.
Custom flavour development
An existing flavour reference or a new taste direction can form the basis of custom development. The seasoning is then evaluated on the intended food, rather than in isolation.
